Cheesy Baked Ziti

This Cheesy Baked Ziti recipe is a comforting and delicious meal perfect for busy weeknights. With layers of ziti pasta, marinara sauce, and three kinds of cheese, it's sure to be a family favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ziti pasta

  • 1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce

  • 1 lb ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C


Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente


Drain and set aside


In a large bowl, mix together marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper


Add cooked ziti pasta to the sauce mixture and stir until well combined


Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish


Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top


Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes


Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown


Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired


Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions:

Put the cured meats and cheeses on a large platter and arrange them so that they look good


Cut up some artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, olives, and fill in the gaps


Add extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze to the meats, cheeses, and vegetables


For a fresh herb smell, sprinkle chopped basil leaves all over the platter


On the side, put crackers or sliced baguette

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 small taco shells

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 avocados, diced

  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat


For the marinade, put olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together


Brush the marinade all over the salmon fillets, making sure both sides are well covered


The salmon fillets should be cooked for 4 to 5 minutes on each side on a hot grill, or until they are done and have a nice grill mark

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

These vegan and gluten-free everything bars have a great mix of tastes and textures. They don't need to be baked, so you can make them whenever you want.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts e

Instructions:

Put almond flour and shredded coconut in a large bowl and mix them together

Firmly press the mixture into an 8x8-inch pan that has been lined with parchment paper
